Rajasthan, known as “the land of kings”, is the largest state of the Republic of India by area. It is located in the northwest of India. It comprises most of the area of the large, inhospitable Thar Desert. Thar Desert also known as the Great Indian Desert, which parallels the Sutlej Indus River valley along its border with Pakistan to the west. Rajasthan covers 10.4% of India, an area of 342,239 square kilometres (132,139 sq. mi). Rajasthan was formed on 30 March 1949, when the region known until then as Rajputana consisting of erstwhile 18 principally sates Ajmer-Merwara principal status of two chiefships and the British district of Ajmer – Merwana. Its heritage, culture, safaris, sand dunes, lush forests and wildlife-makes it destination nonpareil. India’s oldest mountain range as the backdrop; feast your eyes on spectacular sand dunes, take the tiger trail, or just watch the birds in the wetlands. The climate varies throughout Rajasthan. On average winter temperatures range from 8° to 28° C (46° to 82° F) and summer temperatures range from 25° to 46° C (77° to 115° F).

DAY 01: DELHI – JAIPUR (280 KMS, 5.40 HRS DRIVE)
Early morning, depart from Delhi to Jaipur. Post Lunch begin with the first round of our photography techniques, visit City Palace (you will find two silver vessels on display, which are in the Guinness book of World Records) & Photo stop at Hawa Mahal (Palace of Winds). Evening captures the essence of real life in our frames at Bapu Bazar. Return to hotel for dinner. Post diner discussion on day long activities. Overnight stay in Jaipur.

DAY 02: JAIPUR
After breakfast visit Amber Fort which used to be the capital, till it was moved to Jaipur. We explore the place with an experience guide and our photography expert. Later short Photo stop at Jal Mahal. Return to hotel for lunch Post lunch we will visit Sanganer (Famous for Hand Made Paper Factory, Blue Pottery & Block Printing) to shoot the craftsman and their work. Later in the evening proceed to Chokhi Dhani – the ethnic village. Explore the ambience of the Rajasthani Village Culture and the different folk forms of their life. Enjoy a Rajasthani Meal in Dinner at Chokhi Dhani. Return to the hotel for overnight stay. Overnight stay in Jaipur.

DAY 03: JAIPUR – RANTHAMBORE (180 KMS, 4 HRS DRIVE)
Today morning after breakfast brainstorming session on previous day’s work and briefing about the next day’s work. Post Lunch depart for Ranthambore. Arrive at Ranthambore check into the resort. Dinner and overnight Stay. Overnight stay in Ranthambhore.

DAY 04: RANTHAMBORE
Today early morning we will take you for a Village Walk where we will get the opportunity to experience the freeze the day-to-day life moments that take place in a common villager’s life. Explore the area by foot to shoot the various activities. Also involve in a brief communication with the local society. Return to Resort for breakfast. Post breakfast drive to Ranthambore Fort for photography session.
Return for lunch. After lunch we have a Jungle Safari in the famous Ranthambore National Park the abode of Tiger, deer, leopard, sloth bears, etc. Evening session with an experienced Naturalist – Talk on Tigers and Wildlife of Ranthambore. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.
RANTHAMBORE FORT: The Ranthambore Fort is located at the top of a rocky outcrop in the middle of the forest, which almost literally marks the meeting of the Aravalli and Vindhya hills ranges. It is one of the oldest forts in the country and is said to have been built in 944 AD a Chauhan warrior. Due to its location and structure, it is considered to have been one of the most difficult forts to overthrow. It repulsed attempts by great warriors such as Aladdin Khilji, Kuttab-ud-din, Firoz Tughlaq, Bahadur Shah of Gujarat. The most successful ruler of this fort is known to have been Rao Hammirin the 11th century. The interiors of the fort are also stunning. The quality of workmanship is difficult to match even today despite the advances that science has made in every field. The acoustics of the Hammir court, where a whisper can be heard at the other end of the building, is only one of the many marvels one witnesses here. Overnight stay in Ranthambhore.

DAY 05: RANTHAMBORE – DELHI
Today after an early breakfast we transfer you to Sawai Madhopur train station to catch train for Delhi.
Depart Sawai Madhopur by train ‘12059’ (ETD: 0720 hrs.) (Or any other available train)
Arrive Delhi “AC Chair Car” (ETA:1210 hrs.)
Upon arrival at Delhi train station tour concludes with the fond memories of our trip captured in our cameras and souls.
